Planning on creating some great dishes with me?
- Potatoes (baking or if your in the mood, the yellow or red potatoes)
- Tomatoes
- Eggplant
- Cabbage
- Lemons
- Oranges
- Mangos
- Bananas (these are good no matter what!)
- Ginger Root
- Sour Cream
- Yogurt *greek style if you can find*
- Cheese curds OR you can do what i do and buy large curd cottage cheese
- Spinach
- Garlic
- Onions (get a few of the red ones too)
- Carrots
- Beets (buy them fresh, live it up)
- Cauliflower
- Varied meats, chicken, fish and lamb if it is affordable and easily found
- Yellow split peas *available in most bulk food
- Cilantro (fresh if you can get it, dried if you can't)
- Coconut Milk *this can often be found with the asian food stuffs in your grocery store*
- Unsweetened coconut shredded
- Cumin Seeds
- A curry spice mix
- Rice flour *again, found in most bulk food sections*
- Whole wheat flour
- Jasmine rice *or any other rice you truly enjoy the taste of
- Turmeric spice
- lemon juice
- Cucumbers
